The Concept
Participants study the concepts that provide the framework for this
new perspective. The concepts are set out in short readings and are
then explored further in group discussions. Exercises specifically
designed to build the perspective usually follow each of the group
discussions.
Creating a Solution
This section teaches participants how to use this perspective to
create a solution that everyone involved can truly agree with.
Break - The Daily Program 1
Participants do The Daily Program™ during the twelve days between
class sessions. They read materials and do exercises on their own
that further develop the perspective. During this part of the
program, they gain valuable experience from actually using the
perspective in their own business and personal lives.
There are three levels of The Daily Program, one for each of the
three breaks. As participants advance, so does The Daily
Program.
During The Daily Program 1, participants apply an element of the
perspective to various real-life situations.

Smoothing the Way
The readings and exercises in this section eliminate common
obstacles that prevent people from forming effective solutions.
Working Together
Participants read materials and do exercises that further develop
the perspective. As the perspective forms, it increases their
ability to work more effectively with others.
Break - The Daily Program 2
During this Daily Program, participants focus on using this new
perspective to create solutions in various real-life
situations.

Advanced Training
During the first two Daily Programs, participants have discovered
that this new perspective works much better than the perspective
they were using before. This awareness sets the stage for more
advanced readings and exercises that develop the perspective
further.
For example, participants learn a very effective technique for
identifying where misalignments exist — areas where solutions are
not truly a fit for the people involved.
Break - The Daily Program 3
During this Daily Program, participants focus on identifying and
removing misalignments. It's an enlightening experience.
Participants discover how easy it is to identify misalignments and
replace them with solutions that are truly a fit for the people
involved. And they discover just how enormous the benefits are when
the misalignments are removed.

Advanced Training
After identifying and removing misalignments, and experiencing how
positive the benefits are, participants are ready for the second
part of the Advanced Training. The readings and exercises are even
more advanced, further deepening their experience of this new
perspective.
For example, on this part of the program, participants add an
element to the perspective that makes it possible for them to easily
identify assumptions. It gives them much more control over the
accuracy of the information they're using when they're forming
solutions.
Also on this part of the program, participants look at real-world
examples of corporate solutions that were truly a fit for the people
involved and the significant impact they had on growth and
profits.
