The Concept
Participants study the concepts that provide the framework for
learning the Key to Winning Perspective. The concepts are set
out in short readings and are then explored further in group
discussions. Exercises usually follow each of the group
discussions. The exercises transform the concepts into a usable
skill.
Creating a Solution
This section teaches participants how to form a Key to Winning
Perspective and how to create a solution that everyone involved can
truly agree with.
Break - The Daily Program 1
For the twelve days between class sessions, participants do The Daily
Program™. They read materials and do exercises to
develop their Key to Winning Perspective.
There are three levels of The Daily Program, one for each of the
three breaks. As the participants advance, so do the Daily
Programs.
During the Daily Program 1, participants focus on forming and
maintaining the Key to Winning Perspective in various real-life
situations.

Smoothing the Way
These exercises eliminate common obstacles that prevent people from
forming effective solutions.
Working Together
Participants read materials and do exercises that hone their Key to
Winning Perspective. As they increase their Key to Winning
Perspective, it increases their ability to work more effectively
with others.
Break - The Daily Program 2
During this Daily Program, participants focus on using the Key to
Winning Perspective to create solutions in various real-life
situations.

Advanced Training
During the first two Daily Programs, participants have discovered that
the Key to Winning Perspective works, and works much better than
what they were doing before. This awareness sets the stage for more
advanced readings and exercises.
For example, participants learn a more advanced technique that makes it
possible for them to maintain their Key to Winning Perspective in
very difficult situations. They also learn how to identify
misalignments where they exist.
Break - The Daily Program 3
During this Daily Program participants focus on identifying and
removing misalignments. They discover areas where there isn't real
agreement, and turn them into areas of agreement.

Advanced Training
The second part of the Advanced Training focuses on using the Key to
Winning Perspective to enhance business outcomes.
Participants also learn a very effective technique for easily
discovering whether the information they are using to create a
solution is reliable, or the result of one or more assumptions.
From this exercise, they learn the value of making certain that the
information they are using is accurate.
